Mobile App Data

AI Processing Data

When you use Vantage modules, we send your submitted content to AI providers for analysis. We currently use Microsoft Azure OpenAI as our AI processing provider. Your data is used solely to generate your results and is not stored by the AI providers beyond the request. We may also use Azure Cognitive Services for text-to-speech generation in our Studio video features.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Career application data is retained for the duration of the hiring process and a reasonable period afterward. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed identifiers, and secure authentication flows. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
